Processing Times

All Studio N Creations orders are prepared with care. Processing times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and whether an item is handmade or personalized. Any specific processing information will be provided on the product page when applicable.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Studio N Mail Club

The Studio N Mail Club is prepared and shipped once each month. Exact mailing dates may vary slightly depending on the monthly drop.

Mail Club memberships currently include free standard shipping within the United States.

Because the Mail Club is designed as lightweight happy mail, some monthly envelopes may be mailed using standard letter mail and may not include tracking unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Times

Once an order has been shipped, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If you notice an address error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Mail

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your order has been significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us with your order information so we can review the situation and help determine the best solution.
