OVERVIEW
Welcome to Studio N Creations. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Studio N Creations. Studio N Creations operates this online store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on our website (collectively, the “Terms”), describe your rights and responsibilities when using our Services.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access our Services.
SECTION 1 — ACCESS AND ACCOUNTS
By using our Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage.
You may be required to provide certain information, including your email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping information. You agree that all information provided to us is accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS
We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, sizing, placement, and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, manufacturing process, or the handmade nature of certain products.
Many Studio N Creations products are handmade, personalized, made to order, or produced in small batches. Minor variations may occur and are not necessarily considered defects.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, availability, designs, quantities, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
SECTION 3 — ORDERS
By placing an order, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products or services.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unavailable materials, payment problems, or other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
Payment must be successfully authorized and processed before an order can be fulfilled.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has entered production, preparation, personalization, or fulfillment, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
SECTION 4 — SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES
Certain products, including the Studio N Mail Club, may be offered as recurring subscriptions.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the billing frequency shown at checkout until the subscription is canceled.
The Studio N Mail Club renews monthly unless canceled.
You may manage eligible subscription settings through your customer account, including cancellation and, when available, pausing or skipping a future order.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged, processed, prepared, or shipped.

SECTION 5 — PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and availability may change without prior notice.
The price charged for an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, or other fees may be added at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.
The Studio N Mail Club may include free standard shipping within the United States when stated on the product page or at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing, payment, and account information and to promptly update information necessary to complete transactions.
You represent that you are authorized to use any payment method submitted in connection with a purchase.
SECTION 6 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing time and shipping transit time are separate.
Processing times may vary depending on the product, customization requirements, order volume, availability of materials, and seasonal demand.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
The Studio N Mail Club is prepared and mailed once per month. Exact mailing dates may vary slightly depending on the monthly drop.
Some lightweight Mail Club envelopes may be sent using standard letter mail and may not include tracking unless otherwise stated.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an address error is discovered, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or shipment.
If an order is significantly delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine an appropriate solution.

SECTION 7 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Studio N Creations website, branding, logos, original artwork, graphics, photographs, videos, product photography, written content, product designs, layouts, and other original materials made available through the Services are owned by or licensed to Studio N Creations and may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from our protected content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party names, characters, trademarks, logos, artwork, or other intellectual property referenced in connection with certain products remain the property of their respective owners. Studio N Creations does not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.
SECTION 8 — OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to tools, features, payment services, integrations, or services offered by third parties.
These third-party tools may be provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of third-party tools may also be governed by the applicable provider’s own terms and policies.
We may introduce new features, tools, or resources in the future, and those features will also form part of the Services and be subject to these Terms.

Our Services may contain links to, integrations with, or content provided by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, policies, practices, products, or services of third-party websites or providers.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Studio N Creations is hosted and supported by Shopify technology, which enables us to provide the Services.
However, purchases made through Studio N Creations are transactions directly between you and Studio N Creations.
Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Studio N Creations or for the individual sales transaction between you and Studio N Creations, except to the extent required by applicable law or expressly provided through Shopify’s own services.
SECTION 11 — PRIVACY
Personal information collected through the Services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, Shopify may also collect and process certain personal information relating to your access to and use of the Services in order to provide and improve its services.

SECTION 12 — REVIEWS, COMMENTS AND SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, photographs, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person.
You may not submit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, misleading, infringing, malicious, or harmful content.
When you publicly submit a review or other content through our website or social features, you grant us permission to display and use that submission in connection with operating and promoting Studio N Creations, unless otherwise prohibited by law.
SECTION 13 — ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, incorrect pricing, product descriptions, availability information, promotions, shipping charges, or delivery estimates.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when reasonably necessary.

You may not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or malicious purposes.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio N Creations, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party’s rights.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the policies posted on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Studio N Creations regarding your use of the Services.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations where permitted by applicable law.
SECTION 23 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements through which Studio N Creations provides Services will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any mandatory rights or protections available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.

Your continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
